Nice stay, as always. Welcoming and courteous staff, stylish guest room. Incredible and wonderful location in a shopping area close to an amphitheater and a church. Nice restaurant, with friendly staff.

I struggled with long waits for assistance, as the front desk was often empty. The lack of warm water was frustrating, especially when it was cold outside. I couldn't reach anyone for help when issues arose.

This hotel could've been lovely, but the staff was not the least bit cute, and good luck if you need the toilet before check-in, as I was denied access! A kettle in the room would've been nice, but instead, I had to venture out in my pajamas for coffee. Almost considered a positive review, but just couldn't.

The room had some street noise since it was right in the shopping area, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. The shared entry area could get noisy too, especially in the mornings.
